The Pigeon Valley UIP
A group of residents concerned with the decline of our suburb have set up an Urban Improvement Precinct (UIP) for improving Glenwood from a safety, cleanliness and service management perspective as has been done in Umhlanga, Kloof and Florida Rd.
Improve safety, the general environment, and quality of life for all in the proposed precinct | Revitalise the predominantly residential area in Glenwood | Encourage environmental sustainability and social cohesion within the community | Target an upward trajectory for property values | Hold the municipality to account for services rendered
